Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that services will be rendered with due care and skill and will be reasonably fit for purpose where that purpose is made known to us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 9, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of this website or our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited, at our election, to the resupply of the relevant services or the cost of resupplying them.
